Pros
The company is very large and has acquired a ton of properties quickly. They bring in free lunch every day and have a good selection of snacks/drinks. The office staff is super friendly. Work life balance is manageable but it depends on your role and team you are working on.
Cons
Lack of transparency and leadership across the board. There continues to be shake up after shake up that hopefully will end soon. There isn't a lot of collaboration and people tend to stick to their teams. People aren't really happy at work but a lot of people probably still come to work because it's a job in a tough environment.
