Pros
Fairview live up to their mission statement and provides a positive environment for staff and residents. Nice, clean facility, organized, detailed, and simple charting system, provides entertainment for residents such as movie nights, musical performers, and game nights run by staff like a group game of “Wheel of Fortune”. Campus is very nice and organized, 3 “sections”, Assisted living (houses), Assisted living (apartments), SNF (2 levels- Post-Acute care + LTC). On-site restaurant, gym, + swimming pool.
Cons
Overall enjoyable experience, no cons coming to mind that are outside of job expectations such as hospice care, and the less pleasant things that come with working in healthcare.
