Pros
Average benefits, average pay, they hire a lot of 18 year olds with no experience so it could be a good way to get into the trade, logistics (while inefficient) was nice to have on some jobs
Cons
It was surprising to hear racist remarks multiple times while working for a company with such a large HR department. They have laid off a portion of their workers in the past couple of years. It was always a revolving door during my time there, most people seemed to have stayed for 1-2 years then leave for something better. Overtime is mandatory, hope you don't have family or friends. Expect layoffs and then expect to work 70 hour weeks to make up for the lack of manpower. Huge drinking culture that many field guys partake in (even on work nights). Lots of travel and wear and tear on your vehicle (I put 50k miles on my vehicle in a year). I would like to see proof that Faith is a merit based shop as I did not see anything resembling that from my time there. From my experience, safety is only strictly enforced on their big profit jobs, can't tell you how many times I've seen guys working stuff hot on smaller jobs. Overall a very very below average electrical company to work for. Notice all the 5 star reviews that have little or nothing to say? Interesting....
