Pros
Good people in field and office. Good benefits, made positive changes to 401k contributions, continued growth resulting in quarterly bonuses. Many people with lengthy years of service for a reason.
Cons
Pay equity is EXTREMELY inconsistent. You can have a new employee with less or no experience starting at a higher salary than a 10 year person in the same position. A change won't be made in the inequity until you drop it in their lap to correct it. The field wages are VERY competitive, with regular wage reviews to remain competitive, but if you're a non-field employee addressing the wage discrepancy, competitive wages and inequity is always "being reviewed", but never actually addressed.
