      Pros

      It is great to see the changes that are coming into place. The global team are doing amazing when it comes to connecting with employees outside Denmark, and I believe we are going in the right direction. Looking forward to the future and really enjoying working for Falck.

      Cons

      Falck UK is not as positive as Denmark. I think that Blue collar staff could receive more communication regarding the current changes.

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
