      job has great benefits, experience, networking abilities.

      Cons

      Company does not shell out the money to equip EMTs with the meds and tools they need to operate to their full scope of practice (i.e: naloxone, epinephrine (via epi-pen), and glucometers).

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
