      Supportive co-workers, flexible schedules (easy to pick up time as a part time employee), and quick hiring/interview process.

      Lack of communication between employees/management at times, very short FTO training/orientation process

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
