Pros

I am not a phone person and I am awful on the phone. the best thing about FFL is that they lay out the best practices but you can do it your way. Not good on the phone? Become the text and door knock queen. I am doing well and I love my job.

Cons

I have to work hard but I am working smarter! If you are not consistent this is not the job for you

- Seen some agents not get enough support (Find good upline) - Be ready to work it's entrepreneurship - Lead cost can be scary for some
