Lots of free training. Free CRM and access to purchase leads. Office space available in most major cities if you want to work from an office. You’re a non captive agent with FFL.
Cons
Getting contracted with all their carriers is a process and some carriers took a few months before I had my writing number with them. Chargebacks from clients canceling or letting their policy lapse suck and you should prepare for this and build it into your business because it’s going to happen.
