All those cheap leads are resold over and over again to other agents. You end up spending more money than you make. They claim to have great training, but no one want to put in the time to actually train you on anything.

All of our agents work off of the same lead sources so we know that leads are not the problem. We always encourage agents to reach out to their manager or our corporate office if they find that they're not making sales.

* Training can vary based off the agency you're apart of
* Chargebacks (sucks but it's apart of then job)
* Self Employed so you'll pay for your own Health insurance
* Have to pay for your own leads but that's also way you get paid so much
