Family Innovations has amazing staff. The quality and genuine compassion and good hearted individuals at this organization is fantastic. The authentic concern the people of Family Innovations have for those that they serve is humbling. I was fortunate to have rubbed shoulders with many of the staff at FI during my time with the organization. Truly Amazing, Kind and wonderful people!
Cons
Family Innovation is an organization that started with a few individuals and has grown to almost 200. I think they just need to continue looking and re-looking at structure, roles, staffing etc...to continue the growth while continuing to provide high quality care.
