Pros
Farm Credit has a great work environment. The people are very competent and friendly. Benefits are good. Because it is a smaller organization, senior management is able to interact with employees more frequently.
Cons
This is a small organization with few opportunities for advancement. Compensation is below market unless you have spent the majority of your career there.
