      Pros

      The Farm Credit system is really great. People feel good about the work they do and like to work closely with the customers. Lots of changes in the past few months, but seem to be heading in the right direction. Technology is pretty good, especially if you can get onto the new projects.

      Cons

      Definitely a bit of grumbling - so what's new? You have to get used to the culture. A mix of techie - 3pm snacks, ping pong table, and jeans allowed but the work can get pretty intense and stressful at times.

      Pros

      Everyone was very nice and outgoing great environment to work in and learn in. I Would go back the company had many fun events and I felt at home within the first week of being there.

      Cons

      The timing was unfortunate because they got a new manager on the same day I started so he didn't know how to guide me at first because he had started the same day I did.

      Pros

      Lot of good people working there when I was there. The folks who have been there the longest on the technical side are phenomenal and so supportive and patient.

      Cons

      The culture was very stressful. Everything was always an emergency. Developers were expected to do everyone's job and then of course also blamed for anything that went wrong. When I was there, the on call expectations were insane. From day one they made it clear that the expectation is that you will work way more than 40 hours/week (when there's an emergency! which was always) and not be paid well for it.
