Pros

A few years ago, the people who worked for the company were all genuinely wonderful people.

Cons

All of those people have left as FPI moves onto its 3rd CEO within a span of 3 years.

Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear about your experience during recent leadership changes. While we have undergone a leadership transition over the past year, our Board of Directors went through a rigorous and deliberate search process to appoint a new President and CEO who understands the needs of FPI’s staff and customers. Leadership is working to ensure past issues are addressed through a coordinated effort to gather staff feedback to drive positive changes. We are also closely aligning with our customers to understand their needs, which has already resulted in positive improvements throughout the company. As you said, we have many genuinely wonderful staff at FPI, and we are working every day to make FPI a better place with a strong emphasis on the employee experience.

Pros

Everyone was very nice and outgoing great environment to work in and learn in. I Would go back the company had many fun events and I felt at home within the first week of being there.

Cons

The timing was unfortunate because they got a new manager on the same day I started so he didn't know how to guide me at first because he had started the same day I did.

Pros

Lot of good people working there when I was there. The folks who have been there the longest on the technical side are phenomenal and so supportive and patient.

Cons

The culture was very stressful. Everything was always an emergency. Developers were expected to do everyone's job and then of course also blamed for anything that went wrong. When I was there, the on call expectations were insane. From day one they made it clear that the expectation is that you will work way more than 40 hours/week (when there's an emergency! which was always) and not be paid well for it.
