      Pros

      The firm is reasonably stable and growing strategically. Not many partners leave the firm, though the firm doesn't tend to aggressively pursue talent either. Leadership in technology, litigation, and global mining.

      Cons

      Expectations are high, hours are long and other firms have clearer bonus structures for associates. Partnership path is reasonable relative to other national firms, however.

      A small town law firm with the flexible hours and broad work responsibilities that lead to beneficial business development skills. With the addition above the managing partner's provide a family feel while promoting individual growth.

      Cons

      The negative of working in a small town is relatively smaller pay.
