      Great sales training and a lot of independence. Flexible for part time employees going to college. Easy to get hired out of college.

      Cons

      Both salary and hourly employees are expected to work 50 hrs a week with no overtime pay.

      Local teams are great to work with

      Corporate level has a ton of miscommunication if any, no room to grow unless you want to travel, watched others be forced into positions or let go, grade you on aspects you cannot control no matter how many excuses they give you that you can.
