Pros

Great team to work with. All the employees are very helpful to each other and willing to take time out of their day to help each other solve any problems.

Cons

Poor communication between the owners and employees. They sell products we don't have than the employees get in trouble when they go over budget trying to full fill the request. Very Very poor management between owners, sales and employees. Like previous reviews the owners rule from a thrown and have very little respect for their employees. All employees are under paid and treated poorly. If you want to get kicked around and treated like dirt work at Faster Solutions.

Faster Solutions provides all of it's employees multiply levels of management to work with along with the owner's to ensure that all objectives are met as a team and not just as an individual. Our current owners and operations management have great respect for their staff and are deeply concerned for their success both individually and as a departmental team. While Faster Solutions provides an independent and flexible work environment for all of it's employees, some prosper under this environment and other's do not. We value our team greatly and work with each individual to identify their best work environment and skills in order to help them achieve success within their career. In regards to wages, Faster Solutions compensation packages are based on experience and performance ratings. We provide annual raises that are above inflation for employees that meet performance requirements.

Pros

This is a company that actually cares about its employees. It strives to be the best in all ways. I will always pick a company that is making an effort to do better than one that doesn’t care. I appreciate that they stand up for the greater good.

Cons

Health insurance rates are not getting any cheaper, but I can appreciate the company paying on this benefit.

Pros

They may offer retirement if someday if the employees work hard enough to "earn" it.

Cons

This employer writes their own positive reviews. The previous employees who got out of there hate them (most leave at the 6 to 8 month mark) and current employees do too. Husband and wife run the business and they Don't even treat their employees like they are humans. If you work here you can expect to be a viewed as a stepping stone to their own personal success. This wife and husband duo manage their business like they do their marriage. Abusive, manipulating and disrespectful. Employees are caught in the power struggle which creates the worst possible work environment imaginable. They outsource both HR and accounting so you can expect to get zero support if you have payroll or human resource concerns. The people they hire to do these jobs are just as unqualified as them but get paid by them so they don't care to be better. On a good day there are approx. 8 other people working there, although because of their turnover rate it maybe as little as 5. When others leave their positions (I saw 3 people leave in less than 3 months) you will be expected to pick up the slack with no instruction or additional pay. They take just as much if not more advantage of the clients. You will feel pressure to not even use the restroom because you can't bill the client for that time. Honestly, they should be put out of business by an employment attorney but because they are so small they don't have to comply with the Americans With Disabilities Act.

We provide 200 hours of paid time off and holidays. We love our schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30 pm, and no overtime. We're sorry you'd say such horrible things about your co-workers. We can speak to the leadership team being in business for 25 years and happily married for 25 years. It's a bit strange to have to defend that, but unfortunately, it's within GlassDoor's policy to allow false, personal attacks on someone's marriage. We'll always take the high road and take pride in caring for all employees. We wish you the best in your career and hope you find peace and happiness.
