I don't see any cons, unless misunderstood by certain candidates with poor vocabulary writing not so good reviews, even though the company tries to correct the candidates for improvement in their job/en-devour. Some employees, such as "Govind" complaining about disloyal "no salary" claims, even after the company had compensated with proper salaries to him.
