Looking to leave - Anonymous employee Fasturtle Interactive Employee Review

CEO Eric Olsen is simply not a nice person. He is very much all about him. He promises things to clients that his team has no way to deliver and then blames the team when it doesn't get done. He is very immature, angry and unprofessional. He creates a lot of the company's problems and then expects everyone else to fix them. Eric has burned a lot of bridges and there's a reason why this place has such high turnover. Talk to former employees before working here. Most of the positive reviews are fake. No growth opportunities. I was promised full time and never received. Looking to leave. I've had enough.
