Relaxed working hours (9 AM to 4 PM) were the only real benefit.

Rampant office politics across the civil works department. Management is self-centered, incompetent, and entirely driven by personal agendas. Extremely toxic work environment with no regard for merit or professionalism. No career growth or learning opportunities for serious professionals. Favouritism over performance genuine issues are ignored.

A lot of clinical experience as patient flow is really good.

Less attention to individual patients as patient flow is great.
