You’d be lucky to find any pros about Faultless.
Cons
CEO Mike Lipski will belittle you, threaten your job, tell you sentences such as “I can replace you tomorrow”, etc. Will talk over you, raise his voice to try and get a point across without letting you speak. If I could compare him to anyone, it would be along the lines of a toddler throwing a tantrum.
Forced company funded parties where the people in the warehouse would be told “you need to sit with other people to appease Mike”. What’s even more ludacris is the fact that the company went from tolerable to shambles as soon as he set foot into it. Between walking on eggshells, being lied to, and just speaking to staff like animals, I would say he needs a reality check.
Good management makes for good employees. Good employees make for happy customers. You won’t find that at faultless. Just a pit of despair that is run by a lunatic in a dress shirt and slacks. To add, there is zero advancement, raises are scarce, bonuses will be taken from you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you want to save the trouble of working for dying company.
