Thanks to this first position I learned a lot about me and my ability. I grow up well during the 3years.
Cons
The Management is willing to put the Human in the center, meaning take care of the team is the first mission. The difficulty met if one of them have the cross on the wrong side of the line; shows that standards, the TOP Management isn't alined with this mindset.
