Great high speed and back panel products. Superior technical staff. Tremendous tenure among technical staff, especially process engineering. Wealth of experience and know-how. They have done everything from one-off prototypes, to low volume production with emphasis on manual operations, to completely automated high-speed production. They know what works and what does not. They know what tolerances are realistic and what tolerances are pipe-dreams.

Management focused on meeting holding company objectives only; willing to "sell-out" employee and company futures to meet personal objectives. Senior management not interested in the value USA brings in terms of knowledge, experience, and product/ process innovation-- they are focused on knowledge transfer of "Best Practices" to China.
