False Advertising - Devops Engineer Fearless Employee Review

Pros

This company can be used as a stepping stone for a better opportunity

Cons

Fearless misrepresents a lot from the diversity of its employees to its role on the contracts they are involved in. Fearless has a history of mistreating black employees. Fearless has very low, if any, diversity in leadership roles outside of CEO and COO. CEO and COO have literally cried when speaking on "growing up black" to a Zoom call full of white employees.

Thank you for leaving this review. At Fearless, we know how important it is to have diversity in every level of the company. It’s something we track and have been improving - anyone can see our website’s People page (https://fearless.tech/people) for the diversity across our leaders today. And we strive for every voice to be heard, included, and treated with the respect they deserve. One way we do this is through measuring discrepancies in our team member experience across demographics, inside the bi-annual Gallup Q12 survey we take to track our culture against ourselves and against the industry. We also know that there’s always room for improvement, and your review is being shared internally. Please reach out to our Chief People Officer at tracy@fearless.tech if you feel comfortable doing so, so that we can learn more about your experience and how we can do better.
