Pros
The pros are the the people you work with on a day-to-day basis. Most are open minded, accepting, and willing to help. You also get a 4 day workweek (which is why most people stay). If you are in Gainesville, the salaries are about on par with what you’d expect.
Cons
Im my opinion, the cons are that the founders are unbelievably insensitive, inexperienced, and full of bravado. It seems they started this company to boost their ego and wallets, but have no clue how to run one. The CEO specifically is the reason I could no longer work for the company. I no longer could stomach filling his pockets peddling a lackluster product and their severely lackluster DEI efforts. He’s completely unaccountable for any and every ridiculous and offensive thing he says (which are never ending and often), and I seriously doubt that will ever change. Idk, if I were you, reading these reviews thinking about joining this company. I’d run the opposite direction. Unless you’re a white, rich man who loves being the devils advocate, in which case I imagine you’ll fit in wonderfully.
