Horrible work environment between old employees, supervisors and new employees. After a “small” training from another new employee, old employees treats them like trash on the warehouse area. Old employees has a really bad attitude towards new employees. Maybe they feel that they might be replaced by the new employee and loose the best thing that happened to them. There is a reason why the two managers have another new employee train new hire employees because managers know that if they have old employees train them, new employees will not last. High turnover of employees and is ALL because of the negative environment between the old employees. Managers promote within the incompetence of all of them and they NEVER improve. The managers DO NOT care of improvement by ignoring issues and negative behavior from supervisors and old employees. I give managers written ideas on how to better the morale between employees and they ignored my ideas because they just don’t care.
