Pros
At first employee recognition was great and there were more opportunities to move within the company. Pay was good starting out.
Cons
Started working from home and it was isolating and there were no opportunities to move up. They started using foreign call centers and that made the customers angry it became more about numbers and less about customer satisfaction and employee recognition.
