Pros
Nice people, Good benefits, Lots of additional training available, chances for advancement, Upper management very personable, approachable and nice, lots of variety in the work. strong network between centers means a bigger pool of team members to provide coverage for short handed centers. Because of the cohesion of the centers, no matter how small your center is, you're not limited to what you can produce in-house, customers can order anything we offer and other centers help to complete the project.
Cons
Hours aren't always consistant, you need to be flexible. It seems kind of "cliquish" in that a lot of times, it's not how well you do your job, but more how well liked you are by decision-making parties. Management needs to remember to be objective and select the most qualified candidates for promotions, not their friends. They need to hire TMs more experienced in print production. Team members with no printing experience take longer to train and it can sometimes be overwhelming for the new TM and the trainer.
