Pros
Great company to work for. Corporate is laid back. Good pay. Benefits and 401k are also pretty good. And there are always opportunities to grow inside the company. If you like to travel or need to move, there will most likely be a FedEx or FedEx Office you would be able to transfer to easily..
Cons
Training in some districts can be spotty and there seems to be no time to train people properly. It is also very hard to "lose" your job. Meaning that management doesn't like to fire anyone that is not fit for the company unless it is against strict rules. (Like stealing, etc.)
