      Pros

      -Decent compensation and pretty good benefits -The performance of the store you work in depends entirely on the manager, employees literally have no say no matter how hard you work, it is never enough -Flexible hours if you get the right manager

      Cons

      -After a while, coming to work is a total drag -Unruly customers expect you to hold their hands through everything -No matter how hard you work, its expected and never enough -No appreciation for front line employees, who in reality are the driving force of this company

      Pros

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
