Good benefits. Co-workers can be very helpful when you need their expertise. Transferred across the bay to a new location and the manager was extremely polite and well trained in process, procedure, and managing staff. She always had a great attitude and a smile. Previous manager in San Francisco was a tyrant.
Cons
Had a manager who was a psychopath. Micromanaged, overbearing and overall a bad manager. He knew processes and procedures but did not know a thing about managing people. He took a vacation when I was new, about one week on the job, blamed me for everything that went wrong. Then he called in sick for several days after arriving back in town. How bad was he? He was so bad that when one of the staff members got pregnant she went on leave after one month into her pregnancy and NEVER returned to that office!
