Pros

The benefits are awesome. The co-worker are great and friendly. Everyone gets along. If you do something wrong a team member will show and tell you the right way with out being rude. They don't fuss or fight about anythings. Everyone helps out their team member.

Cons

HOURS!! and pay. When i got interviewed, they told me that the hour will be rotating.( two days of open, two days of 2nd shift and two days of closing) which i was totally find with. but when i start working it was nothing like that. I was scheduled to close and work every weekend! no time for family unless i use my vacay time. that wasn't on the job description when i applied, Depending which location your are in the hour depends on your center hours. my location was 7 days a week. m-f 7a-11 pm , Sat, 8 a-9-p Sunday 9-9p. And theres not a lot of staff that can cover your shift if you had an emergency. If someone was to take a vacation there would be only two people working on the weekends. one open shift and one closing shift. one busy day it would suck cause there would be a line full with customer and only one person working . I don't know why this center open 7 days a week. with minimum staff. The pay sucks for the amount of hours and days we work.

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
