Pros
I thoroughly enjoyed that you didn’t really have to interact with Coworkers much. The job you do doesn’t really require you to talk much. You were able to work at your pace as long as you stayed busy. The pay was pretty good. You get a 15 minute paid break and 45 minute break on the 12 hour shift.
Cons
Management did not know how to speak to people. They often retaliated or “Confronted” you when you went to higher ups about their behavior. They never kept us updated on the Covid cases we had in the building putting us all at risk. The forklifts broke down often and we would barely have batteries when it came time to change. Management would micromanage and pick on the workers that would actually do their job but would say nothing to long term employees that did nothing. HR was NOT helpful during complaints.
