Pros
I'm very excited about working at Feedzai, and a big part of that are the people I've met - these are passionate, driven professionals who care about each other and the success of the business. It's the sort of infectious energy you want to join. In addition, the market opportunity in front of us is huge - lots of opportunity to grow and scale, with a product that can truly benefit the people around us.
Cons
Something that could be improved is the onboarding of new vendors / technologies. This is a fast-paced industry so moving quickly and with agility is important. IT / InfoSec take their responsibility seriously (which is good) but there needs to be a better way to securely embrace new tools faster.
