Pros

Most of the staff are nice and friendly, and you get to see some cool watches/jewellery

Cons

Unfortunately the CEO allows certain individuals to go around and bully staff members. Glassdoor doesn’t allow me to single people out, so you’ll have to take a wild guess who this review is regarding. There are very few people safe at fellows, and if you’re a new member, there is no reason why you wouldn’t become the next target. I’ve seen the anxiety of staff members increase, and this has resulted in an extremely high turnover rate. They would make their bad days, everyone else’s problem and if they’re in the building, the day depended on their mood. They would send petty and patronising emails that only added unnecessary stress to already stressed people. They lacked patience when it came to dealing with staff members who were less familiar with certain software, and they would even berate those who were new or less experienced after throwing them into the deep end. Their explosive temper was unsettling… they didn't hesitate to raise their voices at new employees in front of their colleagues, slamming phones during live auctions, and overall act like immature school girls if they weren’t satisfied with ‘us peasants’. Behind the scenes and in meetings they would gossip and judge their coworkers, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for people. And if they didn't happen to like someone, they would simply disregard them in conversations and assign trivial tasks just to micromanage and exert their power. They seemed to believe they had built the company, overlooking the fact that it was actually the previous generations. This misplaced sense of entitlement and made them ill-equipped to lead effectively. Everyone at Fellows feels emotionally drained and the bullying has led to an environment filled with anxiety and stress. Experienced senior staff members often find themselves sucking up to the ‘management’ to avoid conflicts and additional stress. They are well aware that ultimately they get the final say. The CEO allows all this to happen, which is unsustainable as staff keep on leaving with severe mental health issues and the cycle continues.

Pros

You get to handle some interesting pieces

Cons

A very toxic workplace with bullying in more than one department. Zero career progression unless you've been there over a decade. Barely minimum wage for a 40hr a week job which involved meticulous work. When the specialists were on double and doing half the amount of work and making numerous mistakes. A very archaic company who have obvious favourites. Destroys mental health. Do not work for this company.

Pros

Some of the people are nice

Cons

Everything you have read in previous reviews is true Do not be fooled I have been there a while now and have had the wrath of those women. There has been talk that there are secret microphones around the place It's hard to believe workers are treated this way in 2025. They will run that place into the ground if daddy dies. Some of the things I've heard said about customers and various conversations, is hard to believe they say the things they do. I am in process of searching for another job I cannot work here much longer for my own mental health Health and safety there is none Mental health support is a young 20 something year old, who knows nothing about mental health issues, I really don't know how they get away with how they treat people I just hope I'm not there much longer. Oh snd training - you train yourself it's non existent
