The Recovery Work is Important & Rewarding

Cons
1. Productivity Goals may be a challenge for some (Minimum of 2 to 3 clients a day or 15 clients in one week, 15 billable hours a week are required)
2. Management/Upper Management: Its important to speak their language and find common ground, and understand their mission plus financial pressures from above and below. That said, each manager & leadership team are completely different, some are more productive and more cohesive while other lack guidance & proper training. Its a mixed bag depending on how well you would fit with your team and your manager's style.
BURN-OUT: The recovery work can lead to burn-out due to the nature of the program. Each program is different from the next so the level of burrn out can vary.
SAFETY CONCERNS: Some offices, definitely not all are located in high crime and/or drug areas in the Bay Area. Some office have to deal with issues and challenges all the time, some office, not at all, it varies.
