Long hours, burn out, job security unknown - Software Engineer Fenergo Employee Review

Job security is unknown, feels like shaking a magic eight ball now. Long hours and expectation to get more done that is possible in a standard work week, it's a WLF nightmare. Poor management, poor communication. Feel like raising issues with HR is pointless as I know others have done, issues similar to complaints on here are known and for fear I find myself on the next round of redundancies if I do. Likely get these reviews removed somehow, I know Glassdoor says it doesn't but I've seen reviews wiped from companies. Perks and pay below average, bonus as in theory improved but time will tell. Company updates for the last year have been demotivational and the ones before with "EPIC" awards usually awarded people for working crazy hours, feels like they should be awarding these scenarios but addressing them. The place just seems toxic now comparted to the company it once was. In short, if you are looking at applying for one of the open roles here I would suggest thinking twice about it and if you can live with long hours.
