      Pros

      It started off great, thinking that the company has a lot to offer. The employees in general are great, very accommodating and work really hard. The offices are not bad. Seems collaborative at first.

      Cons

      I have seen unethical behaviour towards me as an employee and when I challenged senior management, I was told that its not illegal behaviour so they have nothing to worry about. Employees seem scared all the time of being laid off, hence sharing of information is rare. Environment is stressful and back-stabbing. Senior management are poor communicators and some are a little too experienced to be in a fintech unicorn that needs fresh ideas and new blood. At the top end, its the feel of a members only club. You have to be a certain way to fit in. DEI needs a lot of attention and consistent commitment. What you see is not what you get.

      Pros

      The talent across teams is exceptional. There’s a strong sense of ownership, with people trusted to take responsibility and deliver. The pace is fast, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn and gain exposure to different parts of the business.

      Cons

      Because of the pace of growth, some internal processes can still feel like they’re a work in progress, which can sometimes lead to inefficiencies or duplicate work. At times, priorities can change quickly, which requires teams to be flexible.

      Pros

      Remote working is good 401K and health insurance

      Cons

      Hot mess of company particularly in delivery of projects. The CCO is the worst I have ever seen. No strategy and all over the place. Developers are based in Ireland and are very difficult to deal with. No career opportunities and lots of layoffs
