      Pros

      If you want to work in TV PR -- this is the place to be. FerenComm works with the best networks in the business... and with good reason. Major pro: Junior level employees are given real responsibilities & ability to own projects. From the top all the way down, this is a group of smart, creative & driven women.

      Cons

      Long hours & constant e-mails (but hey, it's PR).

      Pros

      Great starter internship, cool shows, and it breaks you into the world of PR. The admin team is very nice. The CEO is the nicest person EVER.

      Cons

      Upper management can be rude and condescending. When you ask for help, it seems like pulling teeth for some of them.
