Pros
Decent pay and benefits. That's about it. You might get lucky to meet some good people you work with, but not a guarantee
Cons
First, unless you are management or outside sales you are paid by the hour, and if you are supposed to work more than 40 hours per week (most people are 50hrs) you will lose time when you take days off. A 50 hour a week person works 10 hours per day, but can only take 8 hours of vacation max per day. I've brought this up to corporate folks in HR and they're response is "yes, we are aware and working on it." That was 2 years ago. They stopped paying overtime for vacation days when the economy crashes, so this pay cut has only been for a few years, however there seems to be no rush to bring full pay back, even though we are hiring new people. Overall environment is toxic and unhealthy. Some of the stress caused is not needed, but managers are just overpaid salesmen, not true leaders. This company is a good ol' boys club and unless you are part of that group, you will go nowhere. Do not let this company fool you. They will not pay for your education. Yes they say they will, but truth be told is they will not.
