Pros
Decent starting salary out of college, great co-workers, Monday-Friday work schedule with an occasional Saturday (1/2 day), relocation opportunities, good benefits. Customer facing incentive is a decent program but these incentives are getting harder and harder to achieve.
Cons
Poor pay increases (2-3% a year if you're lucky), 45+ hours per week required to achieve target salary, less than ideal office locations, antiquated computer system. Discretionary bonus used to be a decent incentive, but the program was eliminated for rank-and-file associates. Obvious and enormous pay disparity between middle/upper management and rank-and-file associates. Middle/upper management works so few hours that they may as well be classified as part-time employees. Top-heavy organizational structure - understaffing is a huge problem at most branches. Many customers are very difficult to do business with.
