- independece in day-by-day activities and projects - management listen to your ideas from day 1 - very good work-life balance
Cons
- as a family company, it suffers family's interference on strategic level - some of top management positions are held by family mambers with no complete business background - no clear career path - high risk of being pushed out just for personal reasons
