The work environment is really good and there is a great sense of community. The business sticks to the working times regulations, which means that breaks are never missed. There is hardly any conflict when working
Cons
Some downsides would be is that sometimes you have to work overtime, which leads to you being very tired after a long day of work. There is also not that much flexibility, when working at Ferrari
