      Pros

      There's no pro's. Little to none growth in here, onboarding process is absent. Salaries are always week or 2 late.

      Cons

      I don't recommend working in company, the culture is toxic, Keith is a bad boss. He doesn't know how to run a business, he always ask for task that doesn't make sense (because) he never follow up them. The president is complete nonsense.
