Pros
- Nonmanagement employees are almost consistently good, solid people doing their best to make their goals - Healthcare benefits are the best I've seen in many years; employees pay around 20% of total cost which is a low premium payment for an employee
Cons
- There are no signs of leadership among Ferro management at Cleveland HQ. - HQ management makes no to minimal effort to get to know their employees. - Awards system is very calculated. 5 years-you get a catalog and pick a boring award. Annual awards program (internat'l) has a rigged quality about it, and management is often asked (begged) to contribute a nomination. Again mgmt are not leaders of people. They give an air of being indifferent to their employees.
