I had a great experience interning at Ferrotec! The HR team was supportive and always willing to teach and guide me. I felt valued and included from day one, and the company culture is very positive and collaborative. Everyone works together and genuinely cares about each other’s success. I learned a lot about HR processes, employee engagement, and professional communication. Overall, it was a wonderful environment to grow both personally and professionally.
