Not worth it - Sales Festo Employee Review

Micro managers. Seniors get by doing nothing all day and booking themselves busy all day just to chat to friends and scroll Facebook. Clique environment. Old fashioned business model. Every idea is met with rejection due to it needing to be escalated to head office. Some bully culture. Some get away with doing nothing all day and go on 15+ breaks and others are overloaded with work in the same position. Manager comes and goes as they please not telling team where they are or that they are on holiday but will berate you for not mentioning you have a work meeting.
