Pros

Tech company with all the normal perks of one.

Cons

Management is not run by people who have management experience, but instead by people who have stayed there long enough to see a promotion. While this isn't inherently a problem, many of the managers lack the training to set expectations for new employees, or even the knowledge on how to explain their processes clearly. Everything is firsthand knowledge. There is nothing written down, leaving many process up in the air with no clear solution. Lastly, many managers lack empathy for those below them. One particular case was an individual in middle management joking that warehouse workers were lowly, and because of that it was ok for them to be exposed to COVID-19. They may tout of a big game when it comes to caring for their employees, but in actuality they only care about the bottom dollar.

Pros

There is nothing good about Fetch.

Cons

Fetch is one of the worst DSPs I’ve worked with. The pay is low considering the workload, and drivers can get routes canceled with little notice. But if a driver cancels, they risk violations or deactivation. In my experience, Better Trucks or Amazon Flex are better options. Fetch delivers Amazon packages while paying significantly less than what Amazon Flex drivers can make. Don’t waste your time — I promise you’ll regret it.
