Pros
Set schedule. Provide you with your own desk/office. The people were great (apart from management).
Cons
No parking on site. Had to shuttle about 10 mins away from site. Management appears to be clueless as to what's going on. Owner never acknowledges employees. Additionally, the initial discussion during interview did not explain there would be a draw. It was presented as a flat salary plus commission. I also asked how many cars are they selling per month. The GM said about 100+ cars per month, but failed to specify 70% were broker deals which (at the time of my employment) sales reps got no commission on because we had 1 person who handled those deals.
