Pros
This job really taught me a lot, and helped me to gain a lot of experience.
Cons
I worked in a position where I was the only person trained to do it, so if I needed to take time off or anything like that I had to work extra extra hard to be able to have the material they needed for when I was out. Because of this I avoided being out from work at all costs. They would make me do everything by hand and foot, instead of teaching me to use the forklift, which would have allowed me to spend more time preparing the material and stocking it instead of having to use a bunch of my time taking material from one side of the factory to the other. I didn’t mind the labor, but trying to keep up with production eventually got to be to much. The pay is not worth the amount of work they expect out of you. They also cut our hours during slower seasons, but still expected the same amount of production.
